Role: Software Engineer (Frontend Engineer - React & Redux)

Location: Gurugram, India (5 days Work From Office)

HiroJet is developing an AI Operating System for Real Estate Communication, transforming how residential operators interact. Our platform automates key processes like leasing, renewals, resident support, and outbound campaigns through a unified interface across multiple communication channels.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Frontend Engineer to lead the development and implementation of scalable, high-performance software solutions. This role demands strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and effective cross-team collaboration to ensure product excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize cutting-edge frontend architectures utilizing modern JavaScript frameworks such as React and TypeScript, with mandatory Redux experience.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into efficient and elegant user interfaces.
• Establish and maintain high coding standards, performance benchmarks, and UI/UX best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior frontend engineers, fostering a culture of code quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Take ownership of the entire frontend development lifecycle, from planning and implementation to testing and deployment.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for rapid and reliable delivery of frontend features.
• Stay abreast of emerging frontend technologies and trends, introducing new ideas to enhance our tech stack and user experience.
• Work cross-functionally with backend, DevOps, and AI/ML teams to achieve end-to-end product excellence.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in frontend development.
• Expert-level knowledge of React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), and related libraries/tools.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization.
• Experience with design systems, component libraries, and scalable UI architecture.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and backend service integration.
• Proficiency with frontend build tools and version control systems (Webpack, Vite, Git, etc.).
• Exposure to DevOps workflows and CI/CD tools for frontend deployment.
• Bonus: Experience in a SaaS environment or with AI/ML-based products.
