Frontend Developer (Angular & Ads Development) - SDE I

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer with a strong background in Angular development and significant experience in HTML5 / rich media ad development.

This role involves a split focus: 50-75% dedicated to Angular web application development, specifically for our internal Demand-Side Platform (DSP) and platform user interfaces, and 25-50% focused on ads/creatives and rich media development using core web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust Angular-based web applications.
• Create reusable and scalable UI components to enhance the user experience.
• Engage in the development of HTML5 & rich media ad creatives, including banners, playable ads, and interactive ad formats.
• Optimize user interfaces and ad creatives for superior performance and responsiveness across various devices.
• Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and Ad Operations teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to browser compatibility, iframes, and cross-domain interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional frontend development experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Angular, including components, services, routing, reactive forms, and RxJS.
• Proven experience in building performance-optimized Angular applications.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience integrating with REST APIs.
• Demonstrated exposure to HTML5 ads / rich media creatives.
• Familiarity with Git and modern software development workflows.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in AdTech or DSP platforms is highly valued.
• Understanding of ad serving standards such as VAST, VPAID, and MRAID.
• Experience utilizing UI component libraries like Angular Material, PrimeNG, or similar.
• Familiarity with key ad performance metrics (e.g., CTR, viewability).
