Frontend Engineer at DotPe

DotPe is seeking a motivated Frontend Engineer (SDE-1/2) to join our dynamic engineering team. You will play a crucial role in solving challenges within our rapidly evolving technical stack, taking complete end-to-end ownership of projects. This role offers the opportunity to combine design with programming expertise, contributing to the development of mobile and web products using the JavaScript and React ecosystem. You will lead a small team, work with cutting-edge technology, and impact frontend architecture to deliver exceptional global user experiences. The job location is Gurugram, India, with a Work From Office (WFO) model.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement user interface components for JavaScript-based web and mobile applications using the React ecosystem.
• Enhance front-end performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
• Develop efficient and reusable front-end modules.
• Utilize Redux architecture to optimize website and mobile app performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and budget-conscious app development.

Skills and Qualifications

• Possess 2-4 years of strong experience in JavaScript and React.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of JavaScript, with the ability to write optimized and functional code.
• Have experience in software design, debugging, system monitoring, profiling, and agile processes.
• Showcase a passion for innovation and creative problem-solving.
• Be capable of writing well-documented, readable JavaScript code.
