Scry AI seeks a Front-End Developer to create fast, scalable, and polished user experiences for our web applications and product interfaces. This role is crucial for developing high-quality interfaces that simplify complex enterprise workflows. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver responsive, accessible, and performant user experiences for products such as Auriga, Collatio, and Concentio. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, design-conscious, and capable of delivering production-ready UI efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front-End Development and UI Implementation: Build responsive, pixel-perfect UIs based on Figma designs and product requirements. Develop reusable components and front-end architecture for scalability and consistency. Integrate UI with backend APIs and services, managing states, errors, and edge cases. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and consistent device behavior.
• Performance, Quality, and Reliability: Optimize web application performance, including load times, rendering, and bundle size. Write clean, maintainable code with a focus on UI quality and consistency. Implement unit/component tests and participate in code reviews. Debug UI issues and enhance stability across complex workflows and data-intensive screens.
• Collaboration and Product Delivery: Work with designers to translate user flows into intuitive interaction patterns. Partner with backend teams to define API contracts and improve developer experience. Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery timelines. Document components, patterns, and implementation decisions for team alignment.
• Security, Accessibility, and Best Practices: Adhere to secure front-end development practices. Implement accessibility best practices, including semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, and ARIA. Maintain UI standards for enterprise-grade usability and trust.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• 25+ years of experience in building modern web applications.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with React (preferred) or similar modern frameworks.
• Experience with REST APIs; familiarity with GraphQL is a plus.
• Strong understanding of state management patterns and component-driven development.
• Comfort with Git, code reviews, and structured development workflows.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Next.js, performance tooling, and modern build systems.
• Familiarity with design systems and UI libraries (e.g., Tailwind, Material UI).
• Experience building dashboards, workflow applications, or enterprise SaaS products.
• Basic knowledge of backend concepts such as authentication, caching, pagination, and observability.
