Frontend Developer - Opkey - Bangalore (Hybrid)

Opkey is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Frontend Developer with 2 to 4.5 years of experience for a full-time, permanent position in Bangalore, India. This role offers a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will possess strong frontend development skills, particularly in WordPress customization, a creative mindset, a solid understanding of web technologies, and a drive for continuous learning in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.
• Utilize WordPress themes, plugins, and page builders such as Elementor and WPBakery.
• Perform basic third-party integrations with platforms like Zoho and Intercom.
• Implement responsive and SEO-friendly designs.
• Conduct website maintenance, updates, and bug fixes.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize site performance.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS, including themes and plugins.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
• Familiarity with cPanel and FTP tools like FileZilla.
• Understanding of website optimization (speed, performance, and SEO basics).
• Basic knowledge of PHP and MySQL is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
