Frontend Developer

We are seeking a Frontend Developer with Director level responsibilities in Software Engineering for our Bengaluru, India location. The ideal candidate possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with strong communication abilities. You should be proactive in anticipating and addressing issues, have a good working understanding of Scrum methodology and DevOps implementation, and deep familiarity with modern software development and design concepts across various languages and platforms. This role involves owning small to medium-scale strategic initiatives, enhancing process standards and best practices, and supporting live systems. You will translate business needs into technology solutions, providing thought leadership and driving positive business impact. Collaboration is key; you'll work effectively with geographically dispersed teams (NYC, Alpharetta, Mumbai, and Bangalore) and build strong partnerships across business and IT functions. The role requires self-sufficiency and leadership potential, demonstrating a passion for technology innovation balanced with a pragmatic approach. You will work with modern technologies including Angular (primary) and Java (secondary) with at least 6+ years of experience. Technical expertise should include UI development with JavaScript, CSS, and HTML5, experience with EcmaScript 6+ and TypeScript, and a comprehensive understanding of System Analysis, Design, Development, maintenance, and enhancement of UI applications. Experience with Containerization, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and cloud-native development is required.
