Frontend Developer - Advertising Agency in Delhi

Pink Sky HR Services is seeking a talented and creative Frontend Developer to join their team in Delhi. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary range of ₹500,000 to ₹600,000 per year.

The role involves building visually rich, interactive web experiences, collaborating closely with designers, animators, and creative directors to push the boundaries of web interactivity and animation.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Frontend Developer with strong experience in Three.js and Framer Motion. The ideal candidate will develop immersive 3D web experiences using Three.js, WebGL, and shaders, and implement complex motion design and transitions using Framer Motion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop immersive 3D web experiences using Three.js, WebGL, and shaders.
• Implement complex motion design and transitions using Framer Motion.
• Convert design concepts into responsive, animated UI components.
• Collaborate with creative teams to prototype and iterate ideas quickly.
• Optimize performance across devices and browsers, especially for GPU-heavy projects.
• Integrate animations seamlessly into frontend architecture, with React-based experience being a preference.
• Maintain clean, scalable, and modular code using modern frontend best practices.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Proficiency in React.js or other modern JS frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Three.js (geometries, shaders, camera, lights, post-processing).
• Deep understanding of Framer Motion (variants, transitions, layout animations).
• Familiarity with WebGL rendering concepts and performance optimization.

This is an in-person role, requiring a 5-day work week.
