Front End Web Developer

We are seeking a creative Front End Web Developer to support the maintenance, enhancement, and design of large-scale websites and portals. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in modern web standards, content management (specifically WordPress), UI/UX principles, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update website content, including pages, documents, images, and banners.
• Create wireframes, mockups, landing pages, and responsive templates based on project needs.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and implement design updates via direct coordination.
• Participate in client meetings, PoC presentations, and project discussions.
• Ensure website usability, consistency, accessibility, and overall user experience quality.
• Work closely with the development team to validate design feasibility and implementation accuracy.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in WordPress CMS for page creation, publishing, customization, and plugin management.
• Strong grasp of UI/UX principles, modern web standards, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
• Ability to produce high-quality wireframes, layouts, and visual concepts.
• Excellent written and spoken English with confidence in client interactions and presentations.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and basic PHP web applications.
• Knowledge of SEO-friendly design practices and website accessibility standards (WCAG).

Experience & Requirements

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in web design, WordPress management, or UI/UX focusing on maintenance tasks is required.
• Prior work with government, educational, institutional, or large corporate websites is highly preferred.

Location & Benefits

Position based near Karol Bagh, Delhi. Candidates residing in Delhi are preferred. Weekend Work from Home may be required for urgent client updates.
