Front End Web Developer Intern - Hyderabad (Remote)
Token Metrics is seeking talented programmers with a strong design sensibility for an exciting Front-End Web Developer internship opportunity in Hyderabad, with the flexibility of remote work. As a front-end developer, your role will be crucial in ensuring seamless alignment between web design and user experience. You will be responsible for optimizing web pages for maximum efficiency, maintaining brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, and collaborating closely with back-end developers, graphic designers, and UX designers to deliver cohesive and high-quality web experiences. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this team-oriented role.
Internship Details
This is a 3-month evaluative, unpaid internship. Successful interns may receive return offers based on company needs and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility for all web pages.
- Define the structure and aesthetic design of web pages.
- Prioritize user experience in all design decisions.
- Develop innovative features to enhance user interaction and satisfaction.
- Achieve a harmonious balance between functional requirements and visual appeal.
- Optimize web designs for seamless performance on mobile devices.
- Create reusable code for future development projects.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in core web technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.
- Familiarity with Next.js or Vue.js is a plus.
- Understanding of website performance testing tools like Google Page Speed Insights.
- Experience with browser testing tools such as Selenium and BrowserStack.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of server-side CSS.
- Demonstrated experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
