Responsibilities:

• Develop and thoroughly unit-test both front-end and back-end applications.
• Take architectural decisions and design scalable systems.
• Continuously identify opportunities to enhance and improve existing applications.
• Review code developed by other developers, providing feedback on efficiency, testability, readability, maintainability, and style guide compliance.
• Actively contribute to transformation initiatives, including process maturity, DevOps automation, and security vulnerability remediation, to achieve project goals.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, assigning and tracking tasks to ensure on-time, high-quality, and cost-effective closure.
• Collaborate effectively with back-end, QA, UI/UX, and business teams to ensure seamless application integration and optimal performance.
• Enforce best practices for browser compatibility, code reusability, localization (English), and front-end security.
• Integrate APIs and back-end services to support dynamic insurance data, calculations, and transactions.
• Participate actively in code reviews, technical documentation, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
