Front-End Engineer II - Pune (Hybrid)

Connectwise is seeking a highly skilled Front-End Engineer II to develop, enhance, and maintain high-quality, innovative web applications. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless alignment between web design and user experience, while optimizing web pages for maximum efficiency and adherence to coding standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support cross-functional teams with meticulous attention to detail.
• Conduct research, analysis, and documentation of findings.
• Design, modify, write, and implement front-end code for software applications.
• Oversee development projects from requirement documentation to final delivery.
• Define project scope with stakeholders, establish acceptance criteria, coordinate with project managers, and manage change control throughout the development lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain a common controls library.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently on projects and processes with minimal supervision.
• Broad theoretical knowledge in the applicable work area.
• Capacity to adapt to new technologies and processes based on business needs.
• Proficiency in UI/UX design principles.
• Understanding of object-oriented design.
• Ability to meet project deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with HTML/CSS templates and designs.
• Proficiency with AJAX, CSS3, HTML5, jQuery, and React/Redux.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with version control systems like GIT or GitHub.
