Front End Engineer

About The Role

Cohesity is seeking a Front End Software Engineer to join one of our largest teams within the Cloud Vertical. You will work as an individual contributor focused on delivering high-quality features with continuous improvements through automation.

What You'll Do

• Design and build massively distributed systems at web-scale for Cohesity's hyper-converged, highly-scalable storage clusters.
• Coordinate closely with Product Management and User Experience teams to translate mock-ups into functional UIs.
• Collaborate with backend engineers on interfaces and end-to-end testing for features including asynchronous programming, performance optimization, infinite scalability, snapshots, resiliency, multiple protocols, and fault tolerance.

Who You Are

You are passionate about customer success and quality engineering. Ideally, you have:

• 2+ years of developing and troubleshooting UI in large-scale distributed systems.
• A BE/BTech degree (Master's a plus) with strong data structures and algorithms knowledge.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process—from design to deployment—and cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools for productivity enhancement.
