Frontend Developer (UI/UX Focus) in Wagle Estate, Thane

MACS-G Solutions DMCC is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Frontend Developer with UI/UX skills and 2-3 years of experience. This role involves developing responsive web applications and contributing to intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces. The ideal candidate will balance technical expertise with design thinking to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications.
• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, scalable code.
• Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to craft intuitive user experiences.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows based on business needs.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and performance.
• Identify and resolve UI/UX issues and bugs.
• Participate in code reviews and design discussions.
• Stay current with the latest frontend and UI/UX trends.

Required Skills

Frontend Development

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Proficiency in React.js, Angular, or Vue.js
• Responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

UI/UX Design

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Knowledge of user-centered design and usability testing.
• Ability to create clean, modern, and intuitive designs.

Tools & Others

• Version control (Git)
• REST API integration
• Basic knowledge of design systems and component libraries.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in frontend development with UI/UX exposure.
• A strong portfolio showcasing both development and design work.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Good to Have

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of animation libraries such as GSAP or Framer Motion.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Basic understanding of backend technologies.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
