Front-End Developer - Gurugram, Haryana

SINC NETWORK is seeking a skilled Front-End Developer with a strong foundation in UI/UX design to contribute to the creation of modern, scalable, and high-performance web and mobile applications. This role is based in Gurugram, Haryana, and requires an in-person presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive, high-performance web and mobile interfaces that prioritize user experience.
• Translate UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Implement real-time features and optimize application performance for speed and efficiency.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adhere to mobile-first design principles.
• Collaborate effectively with backend development teams and product managers to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Continuously refine and improve UI/UX based on user feedback and data analysis.

Required Skills and Experience:

• A minimum of 3 to 6 years of progressive hands-on experience in front-end development.
• Demonstrated strong proficiency in modern JavaScript, including Javascript / TypeScript.
• Expertise in styling and implementing user interfaces using Tailwind CSS.
• Practical experience with real-time application development, particularly using Socket.io.
• Hands-on experience with state management and data fetching libraries like TanStack (React Query or similar).
• Solid experience with front-end frameworks and technologies including React Native, Next.js, and Expo.
• A deep understanding of data communication protocols such as REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, and WebRTC.
• Proven ability in implementing responsive design and mobile-first development strategies.
• Strong UI/UX design skills, including experience with wireframing, prototyping, and establishing design systems.
• Familiarity and experience with design tools like Figma.
• Proficiency in version control systems, specifically Git/GitHub.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and debugging skills.

Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per year
