Front End Developer

Join FactWise, a growing company in Dadar, Mumbai, Maharashtra, as a Front End Developer. In this role, you will be an integral part of our development group, responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of our core product. You will have significant ownership and opportunities for active mentoring as you help define and create our frontend architecture and deployment strategies using React with TypeScript within an agile development environment.

Collaborate closely with our Product and Design teams to conceptualize and build new features that address key business problems and fulfill market needs. We encourage participation in code reviews to ensure the creation of robust, maintainable, and high-quality code. Our agile environment thrives on quick iterations and constructive feedback, fostering a dynamic and efficient workflow.

You will interact with various stakeholders to gather requirements, participate in design discussions, and ensure the successful adoption of new features. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential for collaborating with our support and professional services teams to resolve customer issues effectively. As we expand our product across diverse global markets and verticals, your role will be crucial in helping to scale our platform.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering with demonstrable work experience in a similar or related field.
• Proficiency in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• A passion for building enterprise web applications using modern architecture principles.
• Proven experience in driving new feature development from initial ideation through Proof of Concept (PoC), testing, and scalable production deployments.
• Experience in building reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Ability to accurately translate user and business needs into functional front-end code. Significant experience in defining JSON requirements and API contract requirements is essential.
• Solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, data structures, design patterns, and architecture principles.
• Good knowledge of deployment environments, application configuration, and change management principles.
• A passion for staying abreast of new trends and developments in the programming community and a commitment to keeping the codebase up-to-date.

Desirable Skills:

• Excellent understanding of Microservices, Monolithic Architecture, Serverless, and Cloud technologies.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and significant exposure to agile methodologies and DevOps/CI/CD models.

Compensation: ₹800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
