Role Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Front-end Developer to take ownership of building fast, responsive, and accessible web interfaces. You will work independently, collaborate with partner teams, and help raise the standard of our team's work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate design mockups into responsive, cross-browser user interfaces tailored for various devices in Chennai and beyond.
• Integrate user interfaces with back-end APIs and manage application state efficiently.
• Write, test, and maintain clean, reusable front-end code using modern version control practices (Git).
• Optimize page performance and accessibility across all major browsers and mobile devices to ensure a seamless experience for users in Tamil Nadu and India.
• Plan, estimate, and deliver work with minimal supervision while adhering to agile methodologies.

Required Technical Skills:

• Core skills: HTML5; CSS3; JavaScript basics (ES6+); Responsive design patterns; Version control (Git); DOM manipulation; CSS preprocessing (Sass/Less); AJAX and Fetch API for RESTful APIs consumption; Package managers (npm/Yarn); Basic build tools (Webpack/Gulp); Front-end frameworks including React, Vue, or Angular.
• Advanced skills: Deep understanding of JavaScript concepts like closures and prototypes; State management with Redux/Vuex; Advanced CSS techniques including animations and grid systems; Progressive Web Apps development; Comprehensive front-end testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E); Performance optimization for Indian market conditions; Implementation of WCAG accessibility standards.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5-8 years of relevant industry experience with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software independently and collaborating effectively across diverse teams.
