About the Role

As a Front-End Developer at Surya Software Systems Private Limited in Bengaluru / Bangalore, you will be an integral part of our product development team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development and delivery of new features, customization, and support activities.

• Develop technical specifications based on functional requirements using React 19 and TypeScript 5+.
• Design, develop, review, and test high-quality code with a strong focus on component architecture within design systems.
• Ensure accessibility (WCAG) best practices and optimize frontend performance regarding bundle size, rendering speed, and Core Web Vitals.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, product control teams, and technical architects to implement the right solutions.
• Participate actively in code reviews, agile discussions, and facilitated team sessions.
• Evaluate effort for new features, change requests, and support tasks while staying current on Microsoft technologies.
