Blackbuck is seeking a talented Frontend Developer to join their dynamic team in Bengaluru. This role focuses on building and maintaining cutting-edge frontend applications using React and its ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality, interactive web applications that offer exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain frontend applications leveraging React and related technologies.
• Collaborate with internal and external engineering teams to ensure on-time project delivery.
• Create fast, interactive web applications, prioritizing optimal user experience patterns.
• Build reusable components for widespread application use.
• Stay abreast of the latest frontend development trends and best practices.
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure high code quality and reliability.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks by optimizing code and database queries.
• Participate in a weekly on-call rotation to proactively debug and resolve production issues.
• Document dynamic UI implementations, modular designs, and root cause analyses (RCAs).
• Contribute to hiring efforts by conducting developer interviews.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior Software Development Engineers (SDE-I).

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in frontend development for B2B/B2C web applications.
• In-depth understanding of advanced React concepts, including higher-order components, hooks, context API, and lazy loading.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and at least one major framework such as React, AngularJS, or VueJS.
• Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques, including code splitting, lazy loading, and bundling.
• Experience developing Hybrid Native apps using React Native.
• Proven experience in producing high-quality code accompanied by unit and functional test cases.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging capabilities.
• Strong command of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic and challenging work environment.
