Front-End Architect - Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Icreon is seeking a highly experienced Front-End Architect to lead and scale our Digital Experience Platform (DXP) front-end engineering practice. This pivotal role demands deep technical expertise, architecture ownership, and strong team leadership to deliver high-performance, scalable, and composable digital experiences for clients in Noida and beyond. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on architect with extensive experience in modern front-end frameworks such as React and Next.js, proficiency in headless CMS ecosystems, and a forward-thinking approach to AI-assisted development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the front-end architecture for DXP implementations, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Design modular and composable architectures leveraging headless CMS platforms.
• Establish and enforce best practices for Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR) with Next.js, and API-first/BFF patterns.
• Lead critical decisions regarding front-end hosting and deployment strategies, including platforms like Vercel and AWS.
• Mentor, guide, and foster the growth of a high-performing front-end engineering team.
• Define coding standards, create reusable components, and develop robust design systems.
• Champion accessibility (WCAG), performance optimization, and overall quality governance for front-end deliverables.
• Engage in hands-on development using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and other contemporary frameworks.
• Utilize AI tools like Copilot and ChatGPT to enhance development speed and efficiency.
• Lead client-facing discussions, conduct architecture workshops, and contribute to solution design.
• Support RFP responses, proposal development, and contribute to the overall growth of the front-end practice.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in front-end engineering.
• Demonstrated success as a Front-End Architect or Technical Lead.
• In-depth expertise in React, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Proven experience with headless CMS/DXP platforms such as Sitecore and Optimizely.
• Strong understanding of API-first principles and composable architecture patterns.
• Experience in designing and implementing enterprise-scale front-end systems.
• Comprehensive knowledge of performance optimization techniques and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with micro-frontends architecture.
• Proficiency with GraphQL and edge delivery platforms.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Vercel.
• Knowledge of design systems and enterprise UI frameworks.
• Experience integrating with CRM, ERP, and other backend systems.
• Understanding of DXP ecosystems and personalization frameworks.
