Fourty60 is seeking a skilled React.js and Next.js Developer to join our Mumbai-based development team. We are looking for experienced candidates with 2 to 3 years of experience in front-end development, specifically with a deep understanding of JavaScript, React.js, and Next.js frameworks. This role is open to Mumbai candidates only. The salary will be determined based on the last drawn salary.

As a Front-end Developer, you will be instrumental in building and optimizing user interfaces, ensuring high performance across various platforms and devices. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing user experience, making our web applications more responsive, efficient, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front-End Development: Develop and maintain web applications using React.js and Next.js. Implement highly responsive and efficient user interface components. Collaborate with UI/UX designers for effective implementation.
• Next.js Specifics: Utilize Next.js features like server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) for performance optimization. Manage routing, API integration, and data fetching within Next.js projects. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Component Development: Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. Ensure modular, maintainable, and scalable codebase. Implement clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. Optimize components for maximum performance across diverse devices and browsers. Implement techniques like lazy loading and code splitting to improve load times.
• API Integration: Work with RESTful and GraphQL APIs for data fetching and client-server interactions. Collaborate with back-end developers for seamless integration.
• Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing to identify and fix bugs. Utilize testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Cypress. Debug and resolve technical issues.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers. Participate in code reviews for quality assurance and knowledge sharing. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices. Contribute to the improvement of development processes and tools. Experiment with new technologies to enhance user experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a React.js Developer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, NPM).
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of front-end best practices, including SEO optimization and accessibility.
• Familiarity with Redux, TypeScript is a plus.
• Understanding of server-side rendering and static site generation principles.
