• Provide technical assistance and support related to computing, networking, and Windows operating systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and respond to requests for technical support.

Qualifications:

• Education: B.E/B-Tech, BCA/MCA, BSc/MSc
• Skills: Basic knowledge of computing, networking, and Windows is required.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
