Role Overview:
As a Fresher Full Stack Developer, you will learn and apply full stack development principles. You will be instrumental in shipping new features, working across the entire development stack. Senior engineers will provide mentorship and support throughout your development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop frontend features using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue.
- Create backend APIs and services using Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.
- Engage with databases, including both SQL and basic NoSQL operations.
- Participate in the complete development lifecycle, from local development to production deployment.
- Gain practical experience in deployment, testing, and debugging within a production environment.
- Enhance your technical skills through mentorship, code reviews, and pair programming.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Recent graduate or up to 1 year of web development experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Exposure to at least one frontend framework (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Understanding of backend fundamentals, including APIs, databases, and basic server concepts.
- A strong desire to learn and master both frontend and backend development.
