Recruiter / HR Consultant / Recruitment Coordinator - Bangalore

Intelli Search Services Pvt Ltd is hiring dynamic professionals for a full-time Recruitment Coordinator role based in Sanjay Nagar, Bangalore. This on-site position focuses on the full-cycle recruitment process, supporting client hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and execute comprehensive search strategies to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial HR screenings to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
• Prepare professional candidate profiles and manage interview scheduling.
• Facilitate offer negotiations and manage post-offer engagement through the first 90 days of employment.
• Perform headhunting and reference checks while maintaining strong client relationships.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduates (B.Com, BCA, B.Sc, BBA) or Diploma holders.
• Experience: 0-5 years; prior recruitment experience (6+ months) and proficiency with job portals is highly preferred.
• Age: 20-26 preferred; applications up to age 40 are welcome, including women returning to the workforce after a career break.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication, strong multitasking abilities, and computer literacy.
