Roles and Responsibilities

We are hiring freshers and experienced graduates or individuals with 12th pass for the role of Analyst.

• Perform backend processes requiring the ability to comprehend information and data sets.
• Deliver work with agreed-upon accuracy service levels and good efficiency.
• Communicate with the onshore team to resolve pending information.
• Process transactions and perform data entry of customer details.
• Conduct research and resolve quality replacement issues.
• Provide quick and effective resolutions to customer queries.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in the Banking and/or Insurance industry, or in crafting global solutions, will be preferred.
• Ability to effectively balance team and client discussions, and communicate verbally and via email with businesses.
