Fresh Graduate Opportunity: AI Training & Evaluation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking fluent language professionals—including writers, teachers, translators, tutors, and linguists—to help train and evaluate advanced AI language models. This flexible role allows you to work entirely from home on your own schedule.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated text for quality, accuracy, cultural nuance, and fluency.
• Create short prompts and creative responses to enhance model training data.
• Rank and compare different AI outputs based on clear evaluation criteria.
• Provide detailed written feedback on language structure and style.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated fluency in your native language and English (C2 level preferred).
• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in humanities, languages, linguistics, or creative writing.
• Professional experience with content creation, editing, translation, teaching, or data annotation.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex evaluation guidelines strictly.

Preferred Background: Experience in AI content evaluation, academic writing, linguistics research, or previous work as a professional annotator is highly valued but not mandatory for fresh graduates with strong portfolios.
