Freelance PCB Design Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Freelance PCB Design Engineer for remote, project-based contract work. In this role, you will translate client requirements and existing hardware into detailed schematics and optimized PCB layouts.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Circuit design with proficiency in analog circuit analysis and hands-on layout experience (multi-layer).
• Reverse engineering physical boards to create accurate schematics, BOMs, and documentation.
• Simplifying complex designs for cost-effectiveness, reliability, and manufacturability.

Who You Are:

• A Bachelor's degree holder in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with a solid foundation in PCB development principles.
• An expert in industry-standard CAD tools (Altium Designer, KiCad, OrCAD) and best practices for signal integrity & DFM.
• Experienced in RF design considerations for high-speed circuitry.
• A self-starter capable of managing freelance deadlines independently while maintaining effective communication with global teams.
