About the Opportunity

IndiTech Consulting is seeking a skilled Java Spring Boot Developer for a remote, part-time role. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Core Java, Angular front-end services, REST APIs, and microservices architecture to build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java 8/11/17 and Spring Boot.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and develop microservices-based applications.
• Write clean, reusable, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Implement unit and integration testing using JUnit and Mockito.
• Work with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product teams, architects, and DevOps engineers.
• Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and delivery activities.
• Support CI/CD integration and application deployment processes.
