We are seeking a skilled Frappe / ERPNext Developer to design, customize, and maintain robust ERP solutions for our group of companies. This role focuses on developing and enhancing ERP workflows to streamline operations across critical business areas including buying & sourcing, events & exhibitions, retail, e-commerce, inventory management, finance, and logistics. Key Responsibilities

ERP Development & Customization

• Develop, customize, and maintain ERPNext modules utilizing the Frappe framework.
• Configure workflows, DocTypes, reports, print formats, and automation scripts.
• Adapt ERPNext to support diverse business processes such as inventory, procurement, CRM, finance, HR, logistics, and event management.

Business Process Automation

• Translate business requirements into effective ERP workflows and system automation strategies.
• Design insightful dashboards and reports to facilitate real-time business decision-making.
• Implement automated solutions for approvals, notifications, and document management flows.

Backend & Database Management

• Work with MariaDB/MySQL database structures, focusing on optimization.
• Ensure data integrity, system security, and optimal performance efficiency.
• Develop server-side scripts and APIs for seamless integrations.

Frontend & UI Enhancements

• Create responsive UI components using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Enhance usability and improve the interface experience for internal teams.

Integration & API Development

• Integrate ERPNext with essential third-party tools including payment gateways, logistics providers, CRMs, and e-commerce platforms.
• Develop REST APIs to support external integrations and mobile applications.

System Maintenance & Support

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing technical support to internal users.
• Manage system updates, backups, and version upgrades.
• Document all customizations and technical processes thoroughly.

Technical Skills Required

ERP & Framework

• Proficient experience with Frappe Framework & ERPNext customization.
• Demonstrated experience in building custom apps and modules.

Backend

• Python (essential for Frappe/ERPNext).
• Node.js.
• PHP (Laravel preferred).
• Java (Spring Boot - optional).
• .NET / C# (optional exposure).
• REST API & Microservices architecture understanding.
• Server-side scripting and automation skills.

Frontend

• JavaScript.
• HTML & CSS.
• Bootstrap.
• React / Vue.js (preferred but optional).

Database

• MariaDB / MySQL.
• Experience with query optimization and data modeling.

Version Control & Tools

• Git / GitHub proficiency.
• Basic Linux server administration knowledge.
• Familiarity with deployment and hosting practices.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Experience integrating ERP systems with e-commerce or marketplace platforms.
