Framer Developer

EazyGrad, a rapidly growing ed-tech company in Janakpuri, Delhi, is seeking a skilled Framer Developer for a permanent, on-site position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-performance websites that enhance user engagement and conversions. This role involves close collaboration with marketing and design teams to translate ideas into exceptional digital experiences. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about clean design, smooth interactions, and performance-driven development.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain websites using Framer.
• Develop responsive, cross-device compatible layouts.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaign and lead-generation landing pages.
• Optimize website performance, speed, user experience (UX), and implement SEO best practices.
• Manage website updates, UI improvements, and integrate third-party tools such as analytics, forms, and CRM systems.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in in-house website or frontend development.
• Proven hands-on experience with Framer is essential; experience with Wix, Webflow, and WordPress is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Good grasp of responsive design principles, UI/UX best practices, SEO, and performance optimization techniques.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with marketing teams, manage multiple projects, and adhere to deadlines.
