About the Role: Founding Engineer (Soft Offer / Pre-Funding)

This is a missionary-minded opportunity for an early-stage engineer at Vanamonde Technology. The company builds AI Agent-native software abstraction layer infrastructure and is currently bootstrapped before Seed financing.

• Status: Early-stage, pre-funding. Salary begins after funding; equity discussions subject to future agreement.

The Opportunity

You will work directly on the core computational architecture and the CSTG (Composable State Transition Graph) prototype. You are expected to reason about system logic under incomplete specifications rather than simply implementing predefined requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design system-level logic involving state, computation, data flow, and modular capabilities.
• Implement APIs and infrastructure interacting with blockchain components.
• Maintain engineering standards for code quality and reliability.

Requirements

• Strong fundamentals in backend/infrastructure or distributed systems.
• Ability to work independently without fully defined requirements.
• Familiarity with AI agents, smart contracts (Ethereum/L2s), or protocol engineering is valuable but not mandatory; depth and learning speed are prioritized.
