Title: Founding Engineer
Location: Pune (On-Site)
Timing: 12:30 PM - 9:30 PM

InCommon started with one obsessive question: can hiring be made deterministic? We need a senior engineer ready to own that answer entirely.

The Job

You will collaborate directly with recruiters on Mondays, identify broken workflows by mid-week, and ship solutions by Thursdays. There are no Jira tickets or rigid design specs—just hard problems requiring full ownership from start to finish.

Lead the product architecture, deployment, and iteration for our recruiting workflows, agent systems, and underlying infrastructure. You will make critical trade-off calls when challenges arise. When production breaks, you fix it; when something ships beautifully, that is your victory too.

You Are Our Person If...

• You have 5+ years of engineering experience with strong foundations in systems thinking and clean abstractions.
• You own full-stack applications end-to-end (not just features).
• Are comfortable with AI and agent systems, eager to learn fast, and build honestly.
• Sit well with recruiters, understand their real problems, and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Take ownership seriously: follow things through without waiting to be asked.
