What This Role Entails

This is an unconventional role. As one of the inaugural engineers, you will collaborate directly with the founder to build the product from the ground up. This position is not suited for individuals seeking structured tasks and defined roles. Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end development and deployment of core product features.
• Full-stack development, encompassing both frontend and backend responsibilities.
• Taking ownership of technical decisions and architectural design.
• Contributing to product strategy and ideation, beyond mere execution.
• Embracing a fast-paced, experimental, and iterative approach to development.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated proficiency in full-stack development.
• A strong capacity for independent work and problem-solving without constant supervision.
• A builder's mindset is prioritized over resume credentials.
• Comfort and adaptability in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
• A genuine interest in the startup ecosystem and early-stage ventures.

Compensation & Benefits

• This is an equity-based role, offering significant ownership as a founding team member.

• A structured vesting plan: 4 years with a 1-year cliff.
• Salary will be established once funding or revenue streams are secured.
