Salary Range: ₹10,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum

About the Role

This is a unique 'build-and-own' opportunity for an experienced individual ready to take full ownership of delivery operations, client relationships, technical architecture, and team growth. In this role, you will make critical architectural decisions, ensure high code quality standards, mentor junior developers, and contribute directly to hands-on development.

You are expected to focus on delivering outcomes rather than just managing tasks, thrives in ambiguous startup environments, and is passionate about building long-term solutions for enterprises and startups alike.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 5-8 years of full-stack development experience (MERN stack preferred).
• Clients: Proven real client-facing experience; ability to sit in requirement calls and own the outcome directly, rather than simply relaying messages.
• Ownership: A strong track record of building and owning products end-to-end from inception to delivery.
• Environment Fit: Preferred background in startups or small teams; comfortable with ambiguity and results over rigid processes.
• Liderhip: Experience mentoring or leading other developers, even informally.
• Coding Discipline: Actively writes code regularly. Candidates who have not shipped anything hands-on in the last 2+ years are not a fit.
• Stability: Low job-hop history; we seek individuals committed to building something over multiple years, not short-term tenure.
