Founding AI Frontend Developer at Naptha AI

Naptha AI is seeking a talented frontend developer to join our team as a founding member. This role focuses on the rapid development and deployment of dynamic user interfaces for products built on our custom multi-agent system stack. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, responsive, and powerful interfaces that enable users to interact seamlessly with our AI systems. The ideal candidate possesses expertise in modern frontend development, UI/UX design principles, and experience with real-time web applications and AI-powered interfaces.

About the Role:

• Design and implement intuitive, responsive interfaces that effectively visualize complex AI agent interactions and workflows.
• Develop and optimize React/JavaScript applications that support AI-driven user experiences.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on UIs based on user feedback and evolving product requirements.
• Collaborate closely with our AI engineering team to ensure frontend components effectively leverage our multi-agent system capabilities.
• Create reusable UI components and establish frontend architecture patterns for future development.
• Implement real-time data visualization and interaction patterns to help users understand and control AI agent behaviors.
• Ensure high performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility of all user interfaces.
• Contribute to the overall product vision and help define the user experience of our multi-agent systems.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Vue, or similar modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, Zustand), responsive web design, and building complex interactive user interfaces.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, HTML5, CSS3, and best practices for AI-driven applications.
• Familiarity with WebSocket, GraphQL, REST APIs, or similar technologies for real-time data handling.
• Experience with data visualization libraries such as D3.js, Chart.js, Three.js, etc.
• Knowledge of frontend build tools and workflows including Webpack, Vite, npm, and yarn.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A passion for AI technologies, LLMs, and human-AI interaction paradigms.
