Integration Engineer (Forward Deployment Engineer - FDE) at Blue Machines in Bangalore (Work From Office)

We are seeking an Integration Engineer (FDE) with 1-4 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting seamless integrations between the Blue Machines platform and our clients' systems. You will work extensively with APIs, cloud services, and cutting-edge AI frameworks, including LangChain and various LLM APIs, to deliver intelligent, reliable, and production-grade integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust integrations utilizing REST APIs, WebSockets, and webhooks.
• Build and deploy scalable solutions on leading cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Integrate with advanced AI/LLM frameworks like LangChain, OpenAI, and other relevant SDKs.
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and internal engineering teams to facilitate deployment, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
• Automate, meticulously document, and maintain integration workflows and ensure comprehensive observability.

Required Qualifications:

• 1 to 4 years of professional experience in Python or Java development, with a focus on backend services or integration engineering.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with cloud platforms, with a preference for Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• A strong understanding of web technologies, RESTful APIs, and various authentication protocols including OAuth2 and JWT.
• Familiarity with the AI/LLM ecosystem, including prompt design principles or LangChain-style orchestration is essential.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and excellent client communication skills are required.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with telephony and real-time communication technologies such as SIP, WebRTC, Twilio, Avaya, or Ubona.
• Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman, network analysis tools like Wireshark, or other observability platforms.
• Understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and experience with containerized deployments.
