About The Opportunity

Join Quadric to own the technical path from customer evaluation to silicon design win on our novel Chimera GPNPU architecture. Unlike traditional FAANG solutions roles, you will work across the entire stack: quantization, custom kernels, and compiler tooling. Your fingerprints will be on chips shipping in cars, cameras, and network appliances.

What You'll Do

  • Convert Evaluations to Wins: Transform 2–3 active customer evaluations into committed design wins by getting workloads running at target latency/accuracy.
(Key skills: Architecting, adapting, profiling, and writing custom kernels for the Chimera platform.)
  • Collaborate with Engineering Teams: Embed on-site and remotely to debug failures, hit benchmark targets, and guide model-architecture tradeoffs.
  • Build Agentic Tooling: Codify learnings into reusable assets (SDK skills, porting playbooks) using frontier agentic workflows like Claude Code.
(Note: No existing playbook exists yet—you will help invent the workflow.)
  • Partner Internally: Relay customer learnings to engineering and product teams to shape the roadmap.

Success Metrics (First 6–12 Months)

  1. Convert 2–3 evaluations into design wins.
  2. Gain deep fluency in quantization, kernels, and compiler tooling.
    (Goal: Unblock customers independently.)
  3. Create reusable SDK skills that shorten subsequent engagement timelines.
  4. Become a trusted technical partner known for translating ambiguous requirements into shipped results.
