About the Role

EazyML (www.EazyML.com), a Gartner-recognized leader in Responsible AI, is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) to bridge the gap between engineering and domain expertise. In this fully remote position with required travel every other month for client visits, you will embed within pharma and life sciences clients across R&D, clinical development, regulatory affairs, manufacturing, and commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Embed directly with pharmaceutical, biotech, and medtech stakeholders to identify high-value GenAI use cases (e.g., drug discovery acceleration, pharmacovigilance signal detection) and translate them into deployable solutions.
• Solution Engineering: Build agentic platforms, AI-enabled workflows for clinical trial matching, adverse event processing, medical literature review, regulatory submission support, and Real-World Evidence (RWE) generation.
• GxP Compliance & Safety: Develop production-quality code adhering to GxP regulations. Implement rigorous practices including Computer System Validation (CSV/CSA), CI/CD pipelines, comprehensive logging with audit trails, version control, and documentation ready for regulatory inspection.

Tech Stack & Requirements

You will leverage expertise in Foundry, AIP, or Maven platforms. Proficiency is expected in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), data engineering tools like Spark/dbt, and MLOps/LLMOps practices tailored for regulated industries. Knowledge of clinical trial phases, FDA drug approval processes, CDISC standards, and systems such as Veeva Vault, Medidata Rave, or Argus is highly valued.
