About The Role

We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work closely with our pre- and post-sales Customer Experience team. You will develop solutions over the core platform using TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, etc., and build the Knowledge Graph by integrating DevRev with other SaaS and non-SaaS systems via webhooks, APIs, or real-time architectures.

What You'll Do

• Customer-Facing (30%): Engage directly with customers to understand needs and demonstrate solutions.
• Coding & Integration (70-80%): Hands-on technical implementation, designing AI agents, integrations, and automations for existing tech stacks.
• Data Insights: Write SQL queries, perform analysis, and build dashboards to drive decision-making.
• A.I. Optimization: Apply prompt engineering, fine-tune semantic search engines, and leverage generative AI techniques.

What You Bring

• Experience: 5+ years in software development or systems integration (Customer-facing experience is a plus).
• Coding Skills: Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, Python; familiarity with Go.
• A.I. Knowledge: Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG frameworks, and function calling.
• Integration & Data: Deep experience with data synchronization (one-way/two-way), REST/GraphQL APIs, and graph data structures.
• Tech Stack: Deployment on serverless platforms (AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions) using modern DevOps practices.

Note: This role is travel-ready, requiring up to 80% travel for on-site implementations. Candidates will undergo Background Verification (BGV).
