About the Role

We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDSE) with extensive enterprise experience (15+ years) and specialized expertise in AI/ML architecture. This is a remote W2 contract position focused on accelerating delivery through hands-on workshops, building full-stack intelligent workflows using LLMs/RAG, and influencing executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Discovery: Identify high-impact AI opportunities via stakeholder alignment workshops.
• Architect Solutions: Design systems leveraging GenAI pipelines, orchestration logic, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Codify Best Practices: Develop reusable frameworks, templates, and modular components for scale.
• Drive Alignment & Delivery: Secure buy-in through storytelling while building solution-ready builds within 8–12 weeks to address critical business problems.

Success Metrics

• Delivery of validated AI solutions ready for production deployment.
• Widespread reuse of assets (prompts, logic) across teams.
• Tangible business transformation through efficiency gains and automation.
• Evolving the internal 'Now Platform' via structured product feedback.

Required Qualifications

You will bring:

• Experience: 15+ years overall, with 5–7+ in enterprise AI/ML architecture or solution consulting. Proven track record leading initiatives from conception to delivery.
• Tech Stack: Deep mastery of LLM-based systems (LLMs, RAG), Python, SQL, and GenAI frameworks like LangChain/Semantic Kernel.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands-on expertise with AWS/Azure/GCP, containers, IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• Leadership: Ability to operate in ambiguous environments, guide cross-functional teams, and influence executive stakeholders.
