Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive Flutter & Web Developer with hands-on experience in building cross-platform applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Flutter, Dart, and modern web technologies, along with excellent communication, business understanding, and problem-solving skills.

We value developers who can understand requirements, define the development approach, and independently deliver high-quality solutions. Experience using AI-assisted development tools effectively is a plus, but strong engineering judgment and ownership are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality applications using Flutter for Android, iOS, and Web.
• Build responsive web applications and reusable, scalable components.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Define development scope, estimate tasks, and deliver features independently.
• Integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product teams.
• Optimize application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and technical challenges.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
• Publish and maintain applications across mobile and web platforms.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Flutter development.
• Strong knowledge of Dart and Flutter architecture.
• Experience developing applications for Flutter Web.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web development.
• Experience with REST API integration and JSON parsing.
• Knowledge of state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, or Redux).
• Experience with Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Push Notifications, Analytics).
• Proficiency with Git version control.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React, Angular, or other modern web frameworks.
• Knowledge of native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Pay: Up to 35000.00 per month
