Flutter Developer - Work from Office in Chennai

Are you a skilled Flutter Developer looking for a full-time, in-office opportunity in Chennai? Our client, an HR Consultancy, is seeking a talented individual to join their team. This role requires a strong understanding of mobile development with Flutter, Dart, and related technologies.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain two or more iOS/Android applications using Flutter, with experience in deployed or publicly available projects (AppStore/Google Play or GitHub).
• Possess extensive experience in developing Flutter applications for mobile platforms.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Dart, Widgets & UI layouts, and state management solutions like Provider or Riverpod.
• Proficiency in integrating third-party libraries and APIs, including Firebase services such as Cloud Messaging and Crashlytics.
• Understand the Agile development life cycle and its methodologies.
• Experience with automated testing, building processes, and CI/CD pipelines is essential.
• Skilled in using version control tools like Git, Bitbucket, or SVN.
• Proven ability to write clean, readable code, create comprehensive documentation, and refactor existing codebases.
• Possess a basic understanding of app performance optimization, memory management, debugging, and profiling.
• Familiarity with the build and release processes for Android and iOS applications.
• Knowledge of Material Design and Cupertino guidelines for UI development.
• Experience with React Native, iOS native development, or Android native development is a plus.

Good to Have (Optional)

• Experience with Sentry or Firebase Crashlytics for error tracking.
• Familiarity with implementing push notifications, maps, and location services.
• Exposure to modular architecture, feature flags, and offline-first application design.
• Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments.
