Job Summary

Strelema is seeking a skilled Flutter Developer to create high-quality iOS, Android, and cross-platform mobile applications. This role demands expertise in Flutter, state management, database operations, debugging, and performance optimization, with a focus on building scalable, performant, and secure applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance mobile applications using Flutter (Dart).
• Implement state management solutions like GetX and RiverPod.
• Manage dependency injection and route management effectively.
• Handle local storage, secure data, and app configurations.
• Integrate with sockets, audio features, offline storage, and implement charts/graphs.
• Debug, refactor, and extend existing codebases while preserving legacy functionality.
• Identify and resolve issues using tools such as Android Profiler, Instruments, and Firebase Crashlytics.
• Apply Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) concepts to enhance app performance and scalability.
• Work with various databases including SQLite, MySQL, and Firestore.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure seamless app functionality.
• Achieve pixel-to-pixel UI accuracy based on Figma designs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Deploy applications to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter.
• Experience with Kotlin.
• Hands-on experience with SQLite and MySQL databases.
• Excellent debugging, optimization, and memory management skills.
• Experience with REST APIs and JSON integration.
• Proficiency in version control using Git (GitHub/GitLab).
• Proven track record of deploying at least 5 applications on the Play Store and App Store.
• Strong understanding of the mobile app lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Firebase services (Firestore, Crashlytics, FCM).
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Docker and GitHub Actions.
• Basic understanding of Swift, Objective-C, UIKit, and Xcode.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to AWS for application deployment is a plus.
