Role Overview

We are looking for a talented Flutter Developer with proven expertise in creating robust mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Flutter, native iOS/Android development, SDK integration, modular architectures, and performance optimization for enterprise-grade products. This position is based in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and robust mobile applications using Flutter for enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Implement modular, reusable, and maintainable code based on best architectural practices.
• Build responsive and adaptive UIs for both iOS and Android, adhering to platform-specific design guidelines.
• Implement and maintain efficient state management solutions for large-scale applications.
• Develop and integrate custom SDKs, plugins, and native modules to leverage platform-specific functionalities.
• Collaborate effectively with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality features.
• Optimize application performance, focusing on startup time, memory usage, and efficient handling of large datasets.
• Ensure application reliability, offline-first capabilities, and secure data persistence using SQL and Core Data.
• Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications, ensuring automated builds, testing, and releases.
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter ecosystem developments and recommend innovative improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in Flutter for both mobile and web application development.
• Strong expertise in iOS and Android frameworks, with practical knowledge of Kotlin, Swift, and UIKit.
• Proficiency in working with databases such as Core Data, SQL, or similar systems.
• Experience in building SDKs and developing custom iOS/Android frameworks.
• Solid understanding of Apple's design principles and application interface guidelines.
• Experience with Flutter state management libraries (e.g., Provider, MobX) and responsive UI design techniques.
• Strong knowledge of native bridging between Flutter and platform-specific code.
• Proven experience publishing applications to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Exposure to cross-platform/multiplatform integrations is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
