Flutter Developer Opportunity with a Japan-Based Product Company in Bengaluru

Seventh Contact Hiring Solutions is seeking a skilled Flutter Developer to join a dynamic, Japan-based product company in Bengaluru. This role is crucial for developing and maintaining cutting-edge mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. You will take ownership of features from inception to release, ensuring high-quality, pixel-perfect, and responsive user interfaces. Collaboration with backend services through REST APIs and effective state management are key to success. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Flutter applications for Android and iOS.
• Own feature development end-to-end: requirements understanding, implementation, testing, and release.
• Build reusable UI components and follow best practices for responsive, pixel-perfect interfaces.
• Integrate REST APIs and backend services for secure and reliable data-driven features.
• Implement and manage state management patterns (Provider / Riverpod / Bloc, etc.).
• Ensure app performance, smooth animations, and high responsiveness across devices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance, crash reduction, and stability.
• Contribute to app architecture decisions, code reviews, and improving engineering standards.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines for builds, releases, and automation (as applicable).
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver features on time with high quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of professional experience in Flutter development (production apps preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart, with a solid grasp of OOP and clean architecture concepts.
• Experience building and releasing apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs, JSON parsing, and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore/Realtime DB, Crashlytics, Analytics, Push Notifications) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of state management (Provider / Riverpod / Bloc, etc.).
• Understanding of mobile app fundamentals: navigation, animations, responsive UI, app lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub workflows and collaborative development practices.
• Experience with testing (unit/widget/integration) and debugging tools is a plus.
• Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced product team.

Preferred / Good to Have:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) or a closely related discipline.
• Experience integrating payment gateways, video/audio, or real-time features.
• Experience with native integrations (Swift/Kotlin) using platform channels.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools (Codemagic, Fastlane, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Experience working in healthcare, SaaS, or AI-enabled apps.
