IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining mobile applications for our CX & Digital Channels department. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mobile applications using the Flutter framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in mobile development.
• Proficiency in the Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
• Experience with native Android and iOS development is a plus.
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with mobile applications.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Passion for learning and staying updated with new technologies.

Additional Parameters

• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of hybrid mobile development using React Native or Xamarin is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
