Flutter Developer

Responsibilities:

• Develop core trading screens including watchlists, stock pages, option chains, order entry, positions, holdings, and P&L dashboards optimized for speed and one-handed mobile use.
• Build a robust real-time data layer using WebSocket streams for live prices and alerts, implementing reconnection logic to handle patchy network connections effectively.
• Create an AI-driven chat interface on mobile that delivers answers as interactive cards, charts, and widgets.
• Design fast, readable visualization components such as payoff diagrams suitable for smaller screens.
• Ensure high app performance through smooth scrolling, low startup times, efficient memory usage, and zero dropped frames during market hours.
• Manage release cycles including clean builds on Play Store and App Store, crash monitoring, and close collaboration with QA teams.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of experience building mobile applications, specifically 2+ years in production using Flutter and Dart for apps live on both major stores.
• Demonstrated expertise in state management at scale with Riverpod or Bloc.
• Solid real-time development skills involving WebSockets and maintaining responsive UIs under frequent data updates.
• Deep understanding of Flutter rendering engine to profile and resolve performance slowdowns before deployment.
• Proficiency with platform channels for integrating native Android or iOS features when necessary.
• A keen eye for design, capable of enhancing Figma prototypes into polished on-device experiences.

• Prior experience in trading, broking, or fintech applications.
• Personal experience as an active trader.
