Full Job Description
Excelsior Technologies in Ahmedabad is seeking a skilled Flutter Developer to join their team. This role involves building high-quality, performance-driven applications and interactive 2D games for Android and iOS platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in both mobile application development and 2D game development using the Flame engine.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain Flutter-based mobile applications and 2D games using Flutter and the Flame engine.
- Implement game mechanics, animations, and manage application state using tools like Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.
- Integrate REST APIs, Firebase, and various third-party libraries.
- Optimize app and game performance for a smooth user experience.
- Collaborate effectively with UI/UX designers and backend developers.
- Ensure high code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Flutter and the Dart programming language.
- Hands-on experience with the Flame game engine for 2D game development.
- Solid understanding of state management patterns (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc).
- Experience with REST API integrations, Firebase, and local data storage.
- Knowledge of mobile UI/UX best practices and responsive design.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with game physics, collision detection, and advanced animations.
