Clear and effective communication of technical findings to Service Advisors is essential, as is strict compliance with all manufacturer quality and timeliness standards for repairs and work orders. Understanding and adhering to all federal, state, and local regulations, including those concerning hazardous waste, OSHA, and personal protective equipment, is paramount.
