First Level Tactical Analyst

MAX Security Solutions is seeking a highly skilled **First Level Tactical Intelligence Analyst** to join our global 24/7 intelligence team. In this advanced operational role, you will serve as a senior analyst during shifts, ensuring high-quality reporting, incident management, and effective monitoring. Your responsibilities include reviewing and validating tactical intelligence reports, drafting sensitive high-priority reports, supporting incident escalation, and conducting advanced research (OSINT, VISINT, geolocation, mapping). You will also implement reporting standards, mentor junior analysts, and work independently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates must have 1+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, security monitoring, or crisis management, with proficiency in MS Office, global geopolitical awareness, and shift-based operational environments. Strong communication, analytical judgment, and remote work capability are essential.
