FinOps Analyst

Join Amazon's Finance Operations Global Accounts Receivable team as a FinOps Analyst in Hyderabad or Pune. This role focuses on accounts receivable, customer query resolution, and dispute management, with a strong emphasis on cash applications and maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will be responsible for researching and applying unapplied cash, reconciling accounts, and processing remittance advice from customers. You will develop expertise in the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, particularly in cash application.

This position offers opportunities for involvement in cross-functional and process improvement projects, contributing to standardization and automation through Just Do It (JDI) and Kaizen initiatives.

Core Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate payment closure.
• Address customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Investigate unapplied payments, collaborating with customers to identify and resolve account issues.
• Propose ideas for process standardization and automation.
• Conduct complex reconciliations of customer payments.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the O2C domain, ideally in cash application or collections.
